Any booking request is initiated via WhatsApp or the contact form. KingKech then sends a detailed quote (service, dates, price, terms). A booking is firm only after written confirmation from both parties (WhatsApp or email).

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may change based on season, duration and options. The final price is the one stated in the accepted quote.

Accepted currencies: Moroccan Dirham (MAD), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Pound Sterling (GBP).

Payment is made via bank transfer, cash (within the legal limit in Morocco), credit card via secure link or WhatsApp Pay when available. A deposit of 30 to 50% may be required for high-value services (villas, packages, premium vehicles).

No payment is integrated on the website in V1 — every transaction is confirmed and formalised through human contact.

Cancellation and modification terms are specified in each quote. Indicative terms:

— Cancellation more than 14 days before: full refund minus booking fees.

— Cancellation between 7 and 14 days: 50% retained.

— Cancellation less than 48 hours before or no-show: 100% retained.

Partner terms (accommodation, activity providers) may apply and are stated at quote time.

The client undertakes to provide accurate information when booking and to respect the conditions of use of rented assets (valid driving licence, deposit, inventory, Moroccan road code).

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. Fuel, tolls, fines and any damage are the client's responsibility.

KingKech acts as an intermediary and organiser. Its liability is limited to the proper coordination of services. Mandatory insurance (vehicles, accommodation) is provided by partners or included in the rate depending on the service.

KingKech cannot be held liable for force majeure events (weather, political events, health restrictions) causing cancellation or modification of a service.

Processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, compliant with the European GDPR and Moroccan law 09-08 on data protection.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, except for mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in the European Union.

An attempt at amicable resolution via WhatsApp or email is preferred before any litigation.
